Pacific House, in partnership with the City of Stamford, has developed this project that was in jeopardy of not being developed with the prior owner.
The house will offer 4 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments and provide permanent affordable housing for eight formerly homeless individuals.
