Since August 2007, Rafael Pagan, Jr. has spearheaded Pacific House's transformation from a men's emergency shelter to a key player and leader in affordable housing, significantly impacting lives throughout Fairfield County, CT. His innovative approaches and dedicated leadership have been crucial in expanding services, developing unique housing models, and supporting young adults in need.
